Definitions

Payment

All payments are due upon completion of an order. If payment is not received, or if the payment method is declined, the order will not be processed and no items will be delivered. The buyer forfeits ownership of any items due to non-payment.

Shipping Policies

• A confirmation email containing the download links will be sent to you.
• Download links do not expire, and you can re-download your files anytime.
• We strongly recommend keeping a copy of the confirmation email for your records.

Refund / Return Policy

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• You have not received or downloaded the test bank or solutions manual.
• The file you received contains a major defect.
• The file you received is incomplete or missing chapters.

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• You have previously returned a test bank from testbank.solutions.
• You are requesting a refund for multiple items.
